
ICR is committed to the fulfillment of its responsibility for assuring impartiality in relation to the provision of its certification services to management systems and hereby declares the following policy of impartiality:

ICR shall not place itself in any situation where conflicting interests may exist and adversely affect or damage impartiality of interested parties while providing our certification services.
ICR shall not place itself in a situation where audit resources pursue pecuniary interest by sufficient management of resources.
All management and employees of ICR shall maintain good communication and understand the importance of impartiality to assure openness with all audit results.
ICR auditors shall maintain business characteristics of objectiveness and impartiality in performing their auditing services, and shall clearly recognize the provision of certification services through the continuous improvement of professionalism and enhanced business skills.
ICR is committed to the fulfillment of its responsibility for assuring impartiality in relation to the provision of its test services to management systems and hereby declares the following policy of impartiality:

Test-related activities shall be carried out fairly and independently, and the Representative Director shall ensure this.
The Company is responsible for conducting test-related activities fairly and independently. Account of this, we do not allow commercial, financial, or internal/external undue pressure to undermine fairness and we ensure that testing activities are not performed in cases of conflicts of interest.
Provide fair, transparent, and accurate results to the customer in conducting our testing work and protect the customer's confidential information and property rights.
We continue to do our best to identify, eliminate, and minimize risks to fairness and independence as testing laboratory.
ICR is committed to the fulfillment of its responsibility for assuring impartiality in relation to the provision of its inspection services to management systems and hereby declares the following policy of impartiality:

Inspection activities shall be carried out impartially, and impartiality shall be ensured throughout all inspection activities.
Personnel involved in inspection activities are responsible for maintaining the impartiality of inspection activities and shall not allow any commercial, financial, or other pressures that could compromise impartiality.
We assume full responsibility for the impartiality and reliability of inspection results performed by external organizations under subcontract agreements and shall not exert any commercial, financial, or other pressures that could compromise their impartiality.
We shall not offer consulting services or marketing activities to clients in connection with the activities of any specific organization providing consulting services.
We shall continuously identify risks that may affect impartiality arising from inspection activities, relationships with the inspection body, or relationships involving inspection personnel, and take appropriate actions to eliminate or minimize the identified risks.
Internal organizations related to inspection activities, as well as external organizations performing subcontracted inspection activities, shall not engage in the following activities:
- The design, manufacture, supply, installation, use, or maintenance of the items subject to inspection.
- The provision of consulting services to inspection clients.
